Shred is a fast-paced class mixing intense interval-style training with
traditional training structured around sets and reps. Class members
receive a cardio boost from the interval sets, while also building
strength when we slow down the temp to go after those quality reps.
You'll also find yourself working off the TRX Straps by performing
challenging body weight combinations or using jump ropes, medicine balls
and battle ropes. Start Thursday morning off right and come try TRX
