TRX Burn

Start your Sunday morning off with TRX Burn! James' class offers a challenging, high-intensity hour, which mixes interval training with tradition sets and reps to continually test your body and mind. You'll be working on and off the TRX straps during Burn. Be ready for your favorite, well-known TRX exercises and other creative combinations on the straps. And then be prepared to jump off the straps to execute a round on the battle ropes, or a dumbbell press or to pick up a medicine ball. Try TRX Burn as a capper to your workout week or as a way to move past the competition for the week ahead!
