Youth Programming

Oakwood celebrates members of all ages. We understand the importance of health and fitness for the entire family. Our programs help children and families develop a good attitude about fitness at a young age and learn skills that will last a lifetime. We offer over 50 specialty classes a week that are designed for children aged 2 to 13 years old. Our classes help children develop a good attitude about fitness at a young age, and learn skills that will last a lifetime. Classes include Kid Gym, Parent/Toddler Time, Gymnastics, Tae Kwon Do, Dance, Soccer, Basketball, and more. Oakwood’s Kid’s classes have a reputation for being a fun and safe environment for children to experience new sports and activities.

We also offer year round swim lessons and youth competitive swim programs through our Aquatics program. Childcare not only provides on sight care for children, but offers bi-monthly Kids’ Night Out and various sports camps throughout the year.
