Kid's Fit & Fun Class Today
As we all adjust to a new normal, we are excited to welcome our families to the Club!
In this initial phase, we will be offering 3 time blocks for the month of November in which we create our Childcare Cohorts. This is per the State and County guidelines at this time.
Register via the member log-in or by calling the Club. When in the member login select 'upcoming courses/events' to find the Childcare registration times. Children most be active on the membership to register. Please contact membership with questions regarding adding children.
November Groups
Childcare - ages 4 to 12
Wednesdays
November 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th
3:30pm - 4:45pm
$40 per child
10 children max
Kid Fit and Fun ages K - 5th grade
Fridays
November 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th
3:30pm - 4:45pm
$30 per child
12 children max
Childcare - ages 4 to 12
Sundays
November 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th
8:30am - 9:45am
$40 per child
10 children max
- Oakwood is offering stable cohorts for approximately a 1 month period
- Cohorts will consist of 2 staff members and no more than 14 children, ages 4 and up
- Dates will be outlined when registering for the time frame
- You are signing up for the days and times outlined and understand that you cannot switch to other times
- This group will stay together for the month and children and staff cannot rotate into other time
- Families may sign up for 1 group only
- Whether paying hourly or through your membership dues if applicable, you understand that you are paying for the days and times outlined, whether you use all days or not
- Proration or refunds for unused days will not be offered
- Children 2 and over are required to wear masks at all times
- Members are asked to symptom check their family prior to each visit to the Club
- All family members entering the Club will be temp checked upon arrival and asked COVID screening question each time
- Children who exhibit any signs of illness during their time in Childcare will be asked to be immediately picked up
- We will offer activities and options to encourage kids to stay 6 feet apart
- Children may have access to the Jr room, but we will NOT be allowing for screen time
- We will not be offering snack time until further notice, please ensure kids are full and ready to play
All parties, including adults need to ensure a reservation for the Club. When registering for a cohort time slot, your child(ren) are registered ongoing for that timeframe, however adults using the Club will need to ensure they book a corresponding reservation.
