Monday:
8:30 am CYCLE poolside with Celine
Join us in a heart-pumping, calorie-burning, high-energy cycle class that's fueled to the beat of motivational music!
9:45 am YOGA FLOW with Celine
This practice will blend flow sequences with static postural work focusing on alignment and pose improvement. Progressive sequences will be guided by steady breath to heat the body and cool the mind.
11:00 am  AQUA-FIT with Carrie
This class is a cardiovascular and toning full-body workout using the water as a resistance training tool. Enjoy all the benefits of working out in the pool with minimal stress on the joints and the spine.

Tuesday:
8:30 am  BOOT CAMP with James
This fun, high-energy and multi-level class will increase your stamina and strength in a format that changes weekly, keeping you on your toes as you progress to reach your goals and never get bored!
5:30pm  UNWIND YOGA with Celine
This gentle flow is a slower-paced, contemplative integration of postures and breath, with an emphasis on accessing a calm and empowered body, mind and spirit.

Wednesdays:
9:30 am CARDIO CUT with Celine
This fun and energetic class is the ultimate cross-training workout combining cardio intervals and strength-building exercises. You can expect to use a variety of exercise tools such as dumbbells, bands, BOSU, STEP... Core exercises will be inter-spaced throughout class!
4:15 pm  AQUA-FIT with Carrie 
This class is a cardiovascular and toning full-body workout using the water as a resistance training tool. Enjoy all the benefits of working out in the pool with minimal stress on the joints and the spine.

Thursday:
8:30am H.I.I.T. with Carrie
This class combines high intensity cardio intervals and total body strength and power training to improve overall cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance. Timed intervals will be followed by a period of recovery for optimal benefits!
5:30pm GROUP STRENGTH with James
Treat yourself to an all-around strength and conditioning workout with strength equipment combined with traditional body-weight exercises. Core exercises included!

Friday:
8:30am MIND BODY FUSION with Celine
This class is a perfect blend of core, stretching and functional fitness. Class will change weekly and will include elements of Pilates, Yoga, Functional Fitness, Barre, and stretching modalities.
9:45am CARDIO CUT with Celine
This fun and energetic class is the ultimate cross-training workout combining cardio intervals and strength-building exercises. You can expect to use a variety of exercise tools such as dumbbells, bands, BOSU, STEP... Core exercises will be inter-spaced throughout class!

Saturday:
8:30am H.I.I.T with Carrie
