Workout of the Day! Burpee 10 - 1
Equipment needed: Around the house furniture Before each set, do you burpees! Beginner - 5 per round Intermediate - 10 per round Advanced - 15 + per round Round 1 - do exercise 10 for 10 reps Round 2 - do exercise 10 and 9 for 10 reps Round 3 - do exercise 10, 9 and 8 for 10 reps and so forth until you do all 10 exercised for 10 reps! 10 - Step ups, alternating legs (use a cooler, chair, etc) 9 - Sit-ups 8 - Incline push-ups (hand on couch, feet on floor and then chest to couch) 7 - V-ups 6 - Alternating sit to stand (lift one leg and sit on the couch slowly on one leg then stand with the planted leg and switch) 5 - Dips (back again the couch or chair, hands on seat) 4 - Lunge, lunge, squat (count the squat as your rep) 3 - Navy seal ups (1 crunch left, 1 crunch center, 1 crunch right, count a 1 rep) 2 - Decline push ups (feet on couch) 1 - Max effort plank hold, as long as you can go!
