Workout of the Day!

Every 3rd minute for 30 minutes!

Every 3rd minute as hard as you can until you finish the round and rest until the next round starts.

Start rounds every 3 minutes. 0, 3:00, 6:00, 9:00 and so on.

5 reverse burpees
10 pushups
15 v ups
20 squat jacks
30 bicycle abs
