Workout of the Day!

Do each set 3 times before moving to the next exercise, 15 second breaks between each rep!

Burpees 30 seconds
Y Squat 20 reps
Push-ups (explosive if you can) 12 reps
Transverse lunge 20 reps each side
Split jump alternating 14 each side
Plank with opposite arm and leg raise 20 each side

Stretch!
