Do each set 3 times before moving to the next exercise.

Side plank with leg lift 20 reps, 15 sec break
Squat jump 15 reps, 20 sec break
Push-ups into cobra 12 reps, 20 sec break
Lateral lunge 14 reps, 30 sec break
Mountain climbers 30 reps, 10 sec break
Single leg squat 20 reps per side, 20 sec break
Superman 12 reps, 10 sec break
